Learning assessment methods
Oral examination. The examination will verify the knowledge of the main principles of EU Company Law and Securities and Financial Market RegulationStudents must be registered to the examination and must have passed exams as provided in Department rules. The evaluation of the examination must be recorded immediately
For the attending students it will be possible to take a partial examination through a paper related to one of the items of the program. More detailed information will be provided at the beginning of the course
Esame orale.
